Our Story

Started With Two Synthesis Vessels in 2013

Synpepform began in a small laboratory in Xi'an's biomedical park, producing a handful of research peptides for local university groups. The work was unglamorous: couple, cleave, purify, lyophilize, test, repeat.

Twelve years later the same discipline runs a suite of solid-phase synthesisers, preparative HPLC columns and freeze-dryers, with more than 300 sequences in routine production. What has not changed is that every batch is released by our own QC team before it leaves the building - not by the supplier of the raw amino acids.

What We Do In-House

Solid-Phase Synthesis

Fmoc chemistry on automated vessels, with manual assembly for difficult or modified sequences.

Purification

Preparative and semi-preparative HPLC, gradient optimisation per sequence, salt exchange to acetate.

Lyophilization

Controlled freeze-drying with validated cycles; cake appearance and residual moisture checked per lot.

Analytical QC

HPLC purity, ESI-MS identity, water content, acetate content and peptide content by UV.

Custom Modification

Biotin, FITC, DOTA, cyclization, acetylation, amidation and non-natural residues.

Documentation

Batch-numbered COA with chromatogram and spectrum, MSDS, invoice and packing list.
